**Requisitos**:

- Master degree in mechanical engineering;
- Experience in product development, mainly in automotive industry;
- Leadership experience in line management is desirable;
- Be business and customer oriented;
- Interest in people development and coaching;
- Drive engagement and commitment to achieve results;
- Ability to create and maintain a successful working climate;
- Collaborate and create excellent results through teamwork and dialogue;
- Ensure accountability, instill trust and positive mindset;
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written;
- Very good people skills and a strong ability to build personal relationships and networks;
- Have an open multi-cultural mind-set with ability to inspire, develop and motivate individual and the team.

**Atividades**:

- Lead and manage the Cooling System Routing team in Curitiba;
- Secure in a short and long term view a strong connection and work cooperation with headquarters site in Sweden;
- Secure the quality and time for deliveries to platform projects;
- Secure technical content in all projects and also maintenance deliveries, taking locally the product ownership;
- Secure competence development for the team in order to be ready for its mission and business needs;
- Be responsible for resources management and team's performance;
- Control department budget and expenses;
- Secure a continuous optimization of product quality and cost;
- Manage the interface and secure the cross functionality work within Technology, Purchasing, Operations and Sales department;
- Contribute in a constantly harmonization and development of processes, methods and tools;
- Assure effective communication, from both top-down and bottom-up.
