**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and grow UGC content communities using a one-to-many/one-to-all approach
- Execute community and engagement strategies and in-app campaigns, own the sourcing, structuring and closing through campaign implementation and partner retention
- Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators including on-site creator workshop events, networking socials, and lead the partner (creator) promotions strategy
- Execute creator programs to onboard and educate target communities on TikTok, including workshops, events and marketing campaigns, best practices and sustainable growth in partner management program
- Track and analyze community growth metrics
- Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from creator community
- Experience with influencer and celebrity management, strong connection pools with celebrities and the entertainment industry is an advantage.
- Experience in event management and stakeholder management
- Outstanding communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in data analysis,
