Dynamics 365 is at the heart of our customers digital transformation journey. Our Business Applications Portfolio including Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations and our Power Platform are helping customers to accelerate their digital transformation of businesses around the globe. Dynamics 365 globalization team focus on delivering localization functionality and services built on top of configurable platforms which enables partners and customers easily extend and customize our product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with customers, partners, vendors and internal teams around the Globe to research, review and prioritize regulatory requirements and build regulatory compliant functionality.
- Deliver interpretation of business requirements in functional specifications and work together with stakeholders to release best quality and most impactful product features.
- Work across multiple teams across Microsoft and external partners to deliver products that are better together.
- Provide product webinars, run customer advisory boards and early adoption programs with customers to assure maximum product adoption.
- Contribute local market insights to Dynamics 365 globalization product strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of product management experience or consulting in international implementations of ERP systems is required. Expertise in business requirements of LATAM is an additional advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Portuguese. Ability to speak with influence and impact. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to people with or without a technical background. Ability to present and articulate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of successfully creating, building, and delivering software engineering projects.
- Ability to recognize mandatory requirements and differentiating between actual and required functionality.
- Exceptional decision-making skills, critical and growth mindset, creative conflict resolution skills and community building.
- Ability to manage multiple independent projects simultaneously under pressure of time.
- Committed to work across time zones collaborating with remotely located teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science\Business Information Systems, or equivalent software or services experience required. MBA preferred.
