**Highbet** is an online gambling establishment, a place for casino fans around Europe looking for the chance to win money and have fun at the same time. Launched in 2021, Highbet offers players more than 1000 games to choose from, including video slots, live casino games, scratch cards, and sports betting.
We are currently looking for a **Digital Media Executive** to join our team and play a hands-on role in driving paid media performance across our acquisition funnel, with a particular focus on **PPC campaigns.**
This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of practical PPC buying experience, who’s eager to take ownership of campaigns from planning to execution and everything in between. If you're data-savvy, curious, and love testing new ideas, you'll thrive here.

**Responsibilities**:
- Drive performance through paid search (PPC) as your primary channel, while contributing to campaign execution and optimisation across supporting platforms such as paid social and programmatic/display.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying optimisations to improve efficiency, scale, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with creatives, messaging, formats, and bidding strategies.
- Analyse campaign data, turning performance metrics into actionable insights.
- Report regularly to the Head of Digital Marketing and wider team, sharing learnings, challenges, and wins.
- Benchmark against competitors, industry trends, and emerging platforms to inform campaign strategy.
- Coordinate with creative teams to deliver engaging, compliant assets.
- Support the implementation of new media deals or cross-channel initiatives.
**About you**:
- 1+ years of hands-on PPC campaign experience, ideally across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and self-serve ad networks.
- Proven ability to manage and optimise digital campaigns end-to-end.
- Comfortable using data tools (e.g. Excel, Google Analytics, Looker/Data Studio) to evaluate performance.
- Familiarity with ad tech (e.g. GA4, CM360, attribution tools) is a plus.
- A test-and-learn mindset you're curious, analytical, and constantly looking to improve.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to share insights and ideas across teams.
- Experience in iGaming is a plus, but not required, we’ll support you to learn fast.
