**We're looking for a HR Generalist to join our team**

**The Work You’ll Do**:
The person in this role will be responsible for organizing all of administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Administer and assure optical use of the companies resources
- Manage the HR aspects of the company (work hours, vacations, sick time, etc)
- Understand and manage the RH objectives working together with the regional HR department: implement and promote equality and diversity policy
- Review and update health and safety policies and ensure they are observed
- Ensure adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in the workload (ie: vacations)
- Maintain relationship with the suppliers and manage the purchases of hardware/software/office supplies
- Respond to suppliers enquires and complaints
- Supervise the administration and the maintenance of the infrastructure and arrange repairs when necessary
- Managing electronic and physical filing systems (employee files, suppliers invoices, etc)
- Organize the office layout
- Arrange for regular testing of electrical equipment, safety devices
- Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
- Organize and chair meetings with staff and/or supervisors (typing the agenda and taking minutes)
- Promote staff development and training
- Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations
- Employee payroll preparation working closely with other functional departments

- Detailed oriented and organized person
- Advanced level of English (written and verbal)
- Organized and patient profile
- Payroll Expertise
- Excel advanced level
- Brazilian legislation knowledge
