**The Role**

We are looking for a **Junior Sales Trainer for the Brazilian Market** to join our **Sales Training team**. Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting the onboarding courses for all the sales teams, understanding each team’s needs, proactively preparing materials and training to improve results and conducting individual coaching sessions. For this role, you will work closely with our SDRs, AEs and managers of the Brazilian and US markets to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.

Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.

**What will I be doing?**
- Conduct monthly onboarding courses with new the hires in the sales team
- Produce and update training material (e.g. slides, videos and case studies)
- Monitor sales objectives and results and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct individual coaching sessions through the analysis of sales calls and recorded meetings
- Sync with sales managers on each team’s needs
- Coordinate regular team refreshing sessions
- Collect feedback and report on the impact of training courses

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven successful experience in a sales position
- Experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web based learning
- Eagerness to learn about sales techniques and coaching
- Excellent organizational skills
