**As a Sales Trainer you will...**
- Identify soft skills and areas of improvements.
- Design training program within time and budget constraints.
- Develop physical and digital educational material (e.g. Bootcamps, case studies, courses).
- Onboard new sales team members.
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses needs.
- Monitor the engagement on our Learning Management System.
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
- Report on impact of training programs.
- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs.
**Who You Are**
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales related role.
- Ability to design effective training programs.
- Outstanding coaching and leadership skills.
- Experience with sales and/or commercial teams.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Solid communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English required. Spanish as a plus.
- Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor.
