IFS Solutions Lead (IFS Cloud Projects)

Location: Colombo

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead and execute **data migration projects** to IFS Cloud, ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Develop, optimize, and maintain **Oracle PL/SQL** solutions supporting IFS implementations
- Collaborate with global consulting teams on complex system integrations and performance improvements
- Support presales and delivery teams with technical insight and innovative solutions
- Developing solutions for the presales team through PoC (proof of concept) projects
- Developing and maintaining solutions already delivered to clients, including areas such as: Business Analytics, B2B, CRM, Finance, Sales, Production, Project Management
- Creating programming documentation and test scenarios
- Working on diverse, specific, ambitious, and responsible tasks within various projects

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **7+ years of professional experience** in Oracle development, migration projects, or both
- Strong knowledge of **Oracle PL/SQL, database optimization, and performance tuning**:

- Proven track record of delivering **data migration or ERP transformation projects**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in **fast-paced, global teams**:

- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
