We are currently looking for an open-minded and enquiring person for the position of:
Junior Finance Consultant (Support Division)

Location: Colombo

**Key responsibilities**:

- Independent maintenance of the implemented IFS Applications system in the assigned content area
- Proactive searching for solutions in response to bugs and incidents reported by users
- Preparation of patches, appropriate configuration, and optimization of IFS Applications
- Supporting users of the system through consultation, training in the use of the system and preparation of instructions
- Commitment to testing new functionalities
- Building positive customer relations and providing high quality customer support
- Assist in the maintenance and regular updates of client records and internal documentation
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience include internship/ commercial experience
- Very good knowledge of financial matters: accounting, purchase and sales invoices, fixed assets, reports, financial raports, cost accounting)
- Academic background with a bachelor's or master's degree related to finance, economics
- English language fluency on B2 level
- Ability to think analytically and problem-solve creatively
- A keen focus on the clients’ needs and communication skills
- Independence and initiative in work, commitment and willingness to take responsibility
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, PL/SQL is an advantage
- Ability to maintain and enhance expertise in relevant products and industry trends
