**YOUR ROLE**:
**Capgemini is looking for a**Compliance Consultant (French Speaker)**to join our team and support key banking projects in**Lisbon**or**Porto****

**You will play a vital role in preventing financial crime by conducting thorough investigations and compliance assessments, contributing to a secure and transparent financial environment.**

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- **Investigate AML (Anti-Money Laundering) alerts with a focus on risk assessment and regulatory compliance**:

- **Prioritize cases based on risk category and escalation date**:

- **Perform detailed research on clients, transactions, counterparties, and ownership structures**:

- **Draft clear and concise investigation reports, linking findings to supporting evidence**:

- **Stay informed on global and local regulatory developments to assess potential financial crime risks (e.g., money laundering, tax evasion, sanctions breaches, terrorism financing)**:

- **Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to daily briefings and knowledge sharing**:

- **Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to tools and workflows**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Management, Finance, or related fields**:

- **Proven interest or experience in**Compliance, AML(Anti-Money Laundering)/KYC (Know Your Customer) and banking regulation**:

- **Fluency in both**English**and**French**(written and spoken)**:

- **Strong analytical skills and attention to detail**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment**:

- **Excellent written communication and critical thinking skills**:

- **Availability to work in Lisbon or Porto**:
