Primary job role

The primary job role of the ‘Assistant Manager - Risk’ will be to identify, assess, and make recommendations to manage and mitigate the organization’s risks.

Main duties/responsibilities
Set up and maintain a global risk management framework for Fortude.
Work with various stakeholders to identify risks that could impact Fortude operations.
Develop risk management policies and procedures to manage and mitigate the identified risks.
Implement risk management policies and procedures.
Submit reports to the management as per the risk management framework.
Experience
5 years of experience in a role related to risk management.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office products and proficiency in IT
Strong communication skills
Strong planning and execution skills with an attention to detail

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, management or the CIMA, Chartered, or ACCA qualification.
