**What you will be doing**

You will continuously develop yourself by acquiring new knowledge within the Novacura targeted customer segments, in relevant or new Novacura and IFS related functionality. You will share your knowledge with both customers and colleagues.

**Your skills and attributes**
- Degree, preferably or relevant professional qualifications
- Solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for technology, business processes and customer support.
- Interest in interacting with customers and helping them find solutions as well as suggesting enhancements to improve their processes.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, a proactive approach and ability to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL/REST will be an added advantage
