In this role, you will join a team to build and debug ADP's cloud-based web and AI and machine learning-enhanced solutions to help our customers save time, stay compliant, and manage costs.

No two days are the same. You will work alongside a team of passionate, creative developers to complete sprints identified during scrum meetings, where we tackle problems and prioritize what we code next. From concept to code, you'll spend your days building new features and upgrades supporting business clients that employ anywhere from one to one million employees.

To thrive in this coding career, you'll need to be an expert in Java and enterprise Java with Open source tools, Java 8 or later (preferred language). You'll also need experience working with front-end, scripting, and back-end tools within prior tech stacks you've used before. You don't need to know every technology, but you're an enthusiastic creator who stays current and looks forward to trying new code. You're always looking for new ways to make tools better for our users.

- **Experience**: End to end programming and analysis experience. Has been through the full software development life cycle more than once.
- ** Communication Skills**: Medium to high capacity to interact with other teams. Advanced/Fluent English skills.
- ** Education**: BS in Computer Science OR technical training equivalent OR an equivalent in education and experience required.
- ** Behavioral Competencies**: Excellent team player. Seen as a positive influence on the team and on the organization. Demonstrates leadership skills and resilience to work under pressure.
- ** Desired Technical Skills**:Enthusiast about agile methodologies as Scrum and Test Driven Development.
