ADP Labs is located in Porto Alegre/Brazil, provides software development and infrastructure for world-wide ADP products, working with large scale initiatives across multiple geographies, including Brazil, United States and India. As an internationally distributed software development team, we are hiring:
**Agile Coach**
Jois us at the Innovation Lab that will shape the future of work, this is our purpose. We are looking for transformation agents to join our agile team. Our focus is to foment the culture of Business Agility in corporation to achieve our strategic goals.
**Your main responsibilities will be**:
You will work in a team of Agile Coaches responsible for driving transformation, innovation and continuous improvement using systems thinking as the main guide for Business Agility actions. It is important to have experience with agile solutions, practices and tools because you will actively act at the strategic, tactical and operational levels of the company in order to obtain more organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Experience within Agile transformation as Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
- Communication Skills: Advanced English.
- Education: Require a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or other related degree or an equivalent in education and experience.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP and Flight levels.
- Understanding of metrics of efficacy and efficiency.
- Experience in trainings and workshops.
- Experience with OKR's.
