Purpose
Manage, develop, and implement supply chain project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. Partner with business stake-holders to improve end to end product delivery processes at required quality standards and optimal production costs.

Core Responsibilities
Strategy design and execution
Contribute to the design of the Supply Chain strategy by advising the Supply Chain management on project feasibility.
Prepare business cases, designs related project plans and coordinate their execution upon approval by sponsor(s) and steering com-mittee(s).

Project management
Engage directly with customers (both internal and external) to understand broad supply chain requirements, develop customer solutions and demonstrate related components as well as value proposition.
Create cohesive project programs and plans with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manage the approved plans and schedules for successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
Track deadlines, costs and resource allocation to mitigate risks of failure.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication regarding project status, requirements and benefits.
Execute the project plan within approved budget.

People management
Provide work direction to the project team.
Contribute to the annual human resources processes by providing input to line managers regarding performance of project team members.
Work with the respective line managers and HR Business Partner(s) in developing a project management capabilities in the Supply Chain & Planning function.
Contributes to the development and promotion of functional talents within and outside the function.

Academic Background
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline
Project Management Certification

Professional Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management with exposure to projects in the area of business process redesign and systems implementations
Minimum of 2 years of experience in people management

Technical Skills
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
Proficiency in project management methodologies (TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) and project controlling tools
Proficiency in stakeholder management and communications
Good knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines
Good knowledge of financial concepts (e.g. OPEX, CAPEX) and tools (e.g. SAP)
