- AMARO is seeking a talented Business Development Analyst, who will be part of the Business Development team working closely together with the leadership of Marketing and Finance departments._
**What you'll do**:
- Results: Performance tracking and results reporting along with insights. Go beyond standard Revenue, CAC, Cost of sales reporting;
- Target setting: Define targets and forecast results
- Growth & Profitability: Own channels incentives structure, suggest formats that maximize overall results (not only a squad itself); Challenge budget allocation across all Online paid channels (Paid media, influencers, etc)
- Sales Steering: Steer actions to maximize results, propose campaigns, promotions and innovative ways to achieve better results

**What your qualifications are**:
- You have experience in performance marketing, growth and/or planning;
- Graduated in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar STEM;
- Advanced level of Excel and/or Google Sheets;
- Experience with SQL is a plus;
- Advanced English;
