As a Compensation Specialist, you'll spearhead strategic compensation structuring, analyzing and refining frameworks to ensure market competitiveness and supporting the implementation of the annual merit cycle.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Analyze the competitiveness of compensation programs, recommending actions and improvements.
- Propose adjustments to the compensation model, seeking best practices and market references.
- Actively participate in human resources and business projects related to organizational structure and compensation.
- Conduct analyses for the revision and creation of structures, including updating job descriptions and financial implementation studies.
- Perform analyses of competitiveness in total compensation for Kokku.
- Provide consulting services on compensation, clarifying doubts, and guiding on guidelines.
- Develop and maintain updated procedures and guidelines related to compensation processes.

**Requirements**:

- Complete graduation in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, and/or related fields;
- Previous experience with job evaluation methodology;
- Knowledge of organizational structure and indicators and modeling variable compensation programs;
- Experience with salary survey analysis;
- Ability to manage incentive programs;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
