**About the team**:
The Content Ecosystem is critical to TikTok's user experience, where people watch short-form videos, Lives and long-form video from the vast, diverse content pool. This team will work internally with cross functional teams in Operations, Marketing, Product and Algorithm to build end-to-end solutions to improve quantity, quality, and diversity of TikTok's content pool. This team is responsible for ensuring to have relevant data pipelines to interact with business, critical data and decisions and be a strategic ally to Programming, Partnerships and Community teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for in-depth analysis of the local content ecosystem to drive local content growth
- Drive initiatives to improve content quality and audience engagement from the perspective of the content operation based on the global and regional strategies.
- Work with T&S and other functions to help inform/jointly develop community safety strategies and monitor safety risks in the content community
- Monitor in-app short video content, position content style problems and cooperate with Algo, PM, and T&S to collaborate on solutions
- Observe local/international real-time events with emergency preparedness capacities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree
- Familiar with the local internet market and local culture and trends
- Safety related work experience and operational data analysis capabilities.
- Good teamwork awareness and communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience
