Local Content Ecosystem Analyst

- Drive initiatives to improve content quality and audience engagement from the perspective of the content operation based on the global and regional strategies.
- Work with T&S and other functions to help inform/jointly develop community safety strategies to monitor safety risks in the content community
- Observe local/international real-time events with emergency preparedness capacities.
- Be able to track hot and trending events, fast respond to major and risk events, and intercept adverse trends in the community in time.
- Monitor in-app short video content, position content style problem and cooperate with Algo, PM and T&S to collaborate solution
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiar with local internet market and local culture and trends
- Safety content management related work experience and operational data analysis capabilities.
- Good teamwork awareness and communication skills.
- Portuguese fluent
- English advanced/fluent
