Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Open Innovation (Ecosystem Strategy Specialist) professional to join the Digital & Product Strategy team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The Specialist will be responsible for our Projects regarding Ecosystem Strategy. This role will partner closely with business leaders, financial areas, technology, hr team, communication and bunge ventures teams. Their role reports to the Ecosystem Strategy Manager in the Digital & Product Strategy Team organization.
Essential Functions
- Monitoring market trends, insights, competitive landscape and technology radar to feed business strategy with Bunge’s leadership and also to stay abreast of industry developments and identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Identifying and evaluating emerging trends and technologies that have the potential to impact Bunge’s Global business in alignment with Bunge strategies and needs.
- Identify proactively new solutions to connect with Bunge’s strategies
- Enable the execution by supporting business cases development with the business leaders
- Build and implement a Strategic Foresight process to Bunge globally focused on innovative solutions to address complex business challenges and drive growth
- Materialize the insights, trends, weak signals in real initiatives to the company
- Produce internal Global reports on open innovation initiatives for all regions where Bunge operates (connections with the ecosystem, innovation culture initiatives, general content related to innovation,etc).
- Establish internal (areas) and external (ecosystem) connections - collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of innovation initiatives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including startups, academia, and industry experts, to foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Management of Bunge's global innovation ecosystem with partners: companies, startups, universities, hubs, among others.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree with approximately 4 years of experience in the area of open innovation.
- Analytical, communicative profile, with good interpersonal relationships, hands-on, creative, innovative, curious and organized are requirements for this opportunity
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of open innovation, acceleration and venture building (nice to have)
- Experience in projects using agile methodologies
- Use of competitive intelligence and research tools
- Knowledge in Foresight
- A technical background in technology is not necessary, but interest and enthusiasm for the area are prerequisites
- Knowledge in mapping market trends, competitive intelligence and research
- Expertise in corporate innovation programs, with knowledge of innovation management methodologies
We are working in a hybrid model for three days in the Office (Tue, Wed, Thu) and two days at home (Mon, Fry).
