Main Responsibilities
- Develop, localize, and iterate definition of content quality issues for the purpose of enhancing user feed experience
- Content quality evaluation, labeling for machine learning models to improve content quality
- Push the optimization of recommendation strategy and improve the content style
- Select high quality content on the platform
- Effectively identify problems and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools&methods
- Ensure daily workflow tasks are completed within designated timelines
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis and strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Internet policy and regulatory environments
- Passion for keeping our users safe while protecting free speech
- Project management skills, with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time
- Strong written and spoken communications skills
- Strong proficiency in English
- Trust and Safety/Content QA/SME experience for Social media platform is a plus
