**Main responsibilities**:
**Terminations**: Analysis, approvals, issuance of documents, routing for final settlements, scheduling and preparation for homologation, and sending documents to CEDOC.

**Labor Lawsuits**: Receiving the initial lawsuit, analyzing claims, gathering documents for defense, preparing defense reports, communicating with external law firms, verifying the need for witnesses, and acting as the company representative.

**Legal obligations**: Support during inspections by the Ministry of Labor and other labor authorities.

**Mandatory requirements**:
**Currently studying Law** - evening classes - expected graduation from July 2027 onwards
**Intermediate English**
**Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Tools**
