- Recruit and grow Brazil’s top affiliates, bringing them into global-scale campaigns.
- Run smart, data-driven strategies—ever heard of EPC, CVR, ROI? You’ll master them.
- Optimize every click and conversion with best-in-class tools like Everflow and Impact.
- Collaborate with international data scientists, creatives, and product teams.
- Travel, connect, and expand your career beyond Brazil.

**Who You Are**
- You have 2+ years in affiliate, performance, or e-commerce.
- You’re addicted to results and growth—you hate average.
- You know the platforms (Everflow, Impact, HasOffers).
- You’re fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a bonus).
- You’re hungry for more—global career, freedom, recognition, money.
