Business Distributor Manager in the Retail Distributors, structuring sales strategies, and action plans to Retail markets. - Manager retails Kpis ( PoS, Bookings ,Shipments and Distributors Inventory ) - Commercial presentation and Sales Training to distributors for Retail products - Fluke Benefits, compared to other retail brands - Hands on to demonstrate these benefits. - Hands-on demonstration and training of Fluke Retail products.in the Distributors store - Strategic Leadership with distributors, coordinating distributors sales team to generate Sales Campaing, promotion, organize the Fluke products int the Store , - Development new distributor - Manager ,development and grownth Fluke Sales in E_Commerce Responsible for Developing, implementing, and managing a business plan to meet corporate objectives and sales goals. - Work closely to marketing team to assess business conditions by geography and local shops. - Provide feedback regarding merchandising to marketing team - Provide direction to distributors to generate demand for Retail products. - Provide direction, training, coaching, and feedback to Distributors. - Provide visibility and management of channel assessment to improve distributors results. - Create and update channel map for retail - Identify, evaluate, recommend, hire and train new Distributors for retail. - Work with LATAM Sales director to set sales goals and objectives for distributors. - Provide to LATAM Sales director the monthly sales forecasts and the funnel management for the region. - Work closely with corporate staff (marketing, customer total care and finance) to ensure coordination and cooperation in support of sales efforts. **Job Requirements** - Fluent English. - Proven track record of over quota achievement and sales. - Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent experience. - Experience in the industrial market, test and measurement experience desirable. - Technical background, desirable Test and measurement technology knowledge. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Technical-sales profile. - Value or consultative sales training and experience. - Proactive and self-driven. - Problem solving skills and can-do attitude. - Business and results oriented. - Fast and self-learner. - Able to cope with ambiguity, uncertainty, and pressure.
