The Procure to Pay (P2P) Manager, LATAM is accountable for collaborating with E&PS Strategic Service partners as well as the internal P2P team in the region to identify and deploy programs to optimize, improve, and mature the P2P processes driving innovation, service quality and enhanced customer experience.

Key relationships include E&PS leaders and customer organizations, E&PS functional teams, internal/external enabling functions, and service partners.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Be a member of the Business Operations Leadership team providing leadership, business knowledge, and supplier insights
- Serve as Regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for program management
- Work with service providers, and internal resources to lead the execution of regional improvement programs
- Builds communication with the program and/or project sponsors and agrees on communication to key partners on all aspects of the program, establishes communication plan, and prepares and presents information for key customers
- Establish and implement methodologies to generate savings and optimize the business while deploying the specified programs
- Expand centralized P2P activities to support E&PS E2E and across the entire region
- Support innovation initiatives in the region

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, computer science, facilities management, construction management, business, or another related field required
- Project Management methodology
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Strong negotiations and influencing skills without direct line authority are required
- Strong business insight and relationship-building skills
- Ability to optimally partner and deliver results
- Experience with finances and operational excellence
- Regional experience
- Experience leading large-scale projects
- The ability to adapt emerging standard methodologies and industry innovations
- Strong program management skills, confirmed organization, coordination, and action tracking skills
- Ability to function effectively and multitask when presented with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Preferred Requirements**:

- MBA or master’s degree, or equivalent preferred
- Six sigma certification preferred
- Familiarity with FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements within the facilities environment
- Experience building strategic relationships with internal and external project partners and customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
- Outstanding customer service skills across a variety of company levels
