São Paulo, Brasil Kimberly-Clark Tempo inteiro

You’re not the kind of person who settles for just any role. Neither are we. Because we’re committed to creating better care for a better world, and that requires a certain kind of person—and teams who care about making a difference. Here, you’ll bring your professional experience and talent to drive the creation and management of our portfolio of iconic and innovative brands. In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care to billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Optimization Specialist for both North and South America, you will play a pivotal role in executing TA programs and systems, including the technical infrastructure that supports Kimberly-Clark’s regional talent acquisition strategy. Your technical expertise and data fluency will empower TA leaders to manage the TA supply chain with precision and agility.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in the Talent Acquisition (TA) process.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Present actionable insights to the TA Optimization Lead and regional stakeholders.
- Identify and implement lean process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and duplicative work.
- Ensure global compliance while adapting solutions to local market needs.
- Support vendor management and enhancements for recruitment tools (e.g., job boards, background checks, CRM).
- Configure, maintain, and optimize TA systems like Workday and Avature, including AI tools.
- Collaborate on system enhancements and participate in regional TA and HR transformation initiatives.
