**About the Client**
Our client is a fast-growing real estate investment company that specializes in helping homeowners navigate difficult situations with solutions like cash deals, creative financing, and full concierge listing services. They are operating in 32 states across the country and are scaling rapidly. The company is driven by a strong culture of growth and excellence, focused on providing effective, fast solutions to homeowners in need.
**Key Responsibilities**
Build a pipeline using high-intent leads and smart outbound strategies
Uncover seller motivations and structure win-win deals
Pitch cash offers, novations, and creative finance options
Close deals with confidence and urgency
Collaborate closely with the team to get deals sold
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years of high-level sales experience (preferably phone-based sales)
Grit, urgency, emotional intelligence, and a strong drive to succeed
Exceptional work ethic - willing to work late nights and weekends when needed
Proven ability to close 5+ deals per month, earning $3,000-$5,000 per month in compensation
Comfortable working in a performance-based culture where compensation is tied to results
