**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are hiring a **CX Data Analytics** to our **Customer Experience** team in **São Paulo**

Our team proactively identifies potential customer experience issues, driving strategic actions to prevent future problems. We track key metrics to meet our OKRs and drive efficiency with creative, data-driven solutions.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- A SQL expert: You possess advanced SQL skills and can confidently manipulate and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- A visualization pro: You have proven and required experience in Dataviz and Reporting, using tools like Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau to create dashboards and visualize data effectively.
- A data-driven individual: You're passionate about uncovering insights from data and using them to drive positive change.
- Excellent in English: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A strong communicator: You can effectively communicate complex data and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative team player: You can work effectively with data engineers, stakeholders, and other teams to achieve shared goals.
- A proactive problem-solver: You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
- A continuous learner: You're curious and eager to learn, with a strong desire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
