Job Description
Mandatory requirements:
- Engineer with high technical skills in RA Software such as Factorytalk View SE, Factorytalk Historian, Factorytalk Vantagepoint, Factorytalk Assetcentre, Factorytalk Batch, Factorytalk Metrics, Factorytalk Production Centre, CPG Suite, ThingWorx, ThinManager, KEPServer
- Fluent written and spoken English
- High Customer Service and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
Scope of actions:
- Delivery of Remote Support to customers in Brazil (mainly) of Software of RA Portfolio including HMI, Information Software, Process Software, Innovation Suite and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Lead Consultation, Collaboration and Escalation process for Remote Support Latin America.
- Management to resolution of sensitive cases, complaints and escalation cases.
- Participate in KCS process updating and creating technical notes of the investigations and replications completed.
