**Accounts Payable Analyst**:

- São Paulo, SP | Full Time-
As an **Accounts Payable Analyst **at Latitude.sh, you will work to maintain the payments schedule and contribute to the cash flow performance. Identify opportunities for improvement, make suggestions for changes and studies that support decision making, and support the execution of projects. We are looking for a person with a profile-driven ability to solve problems.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain worldwide accounts payable records and provide other clerical support necessary to make payments;
- Maintain records of accounts payable records worldwide and provide other administrative support needed to make payments;
- Manage and obtain approvals for AP invoices;
- Manage corporate credit card payments;
- Review and obtain invoices and requisitions and information for satisfactory payment approval;
- Prepare periodic reports, AP aging reports, reconciliations, and other records as part of the month-end and annual close process;
- Clarify any questionable invoice items, credit card charges, expenses, prices, or invoice approvals;
- Reconcile bank statements;
- Track company spending to ensure transactions are within policy and budget;
- Work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.

**Skills and qualifications**
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral mandatory (B2 and above)
- Bachelors’ degree, preferably in areas related to Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Experience in developing financial reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiar with concepts like Capex and Opex and loans
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent math skills
