**Recruitment Specialist**

Epiroc's HR function is embarking on an ambitious journey toward excellence and agility. This role is integral to our Regional Centre of Excellence (RCoE) for the LATAM Region. RCoE, our new global initiative, is an HR shared service center supporting over 1500 dedicated colleagues.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering specialized expertise and building high-performance teams.

Fluency in English & Spanish is a must have
Fluency in French or Portuguese is highly desirable

**Role Responsibilities**:
Conduct comprehensive talent searches
Continuously analyze the market and competitors
Drive the recruitment process from needs analysis to advertising, selection, and pre-boarding, adhering to Epiroc global policies and collaborating closely with operational HR and managers
Proactively build the talent pipeline using variety sourcing techniques
Ensure excellent pre-boarding aligned with regional needs
Continuously analyze and enhance processes and workflows, leveraging digitization and agile methodology for greater efficiencies
Become an expert in selected assessment tools
Champion data-driven approaches
Collaborate actively with HR colleagues locally, regionally, and globally
Contribute actively to the development of the HR Regional Center of Excellence.

**Your Expertise**:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or similar recommended
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role with a strong recruitment track record
Fluency in English & Portuguese is a must have
Ability to manage average 20+ requisition
Ability to hire in a variety of domains such as Field Service Technicians, Marketing & Communications, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Production, Site Safety, Quality etc.
Previous experience with personality assessment tools like Alva Labs is advantageous
Familiarity with HR process digitalization and automation
Proficiency in various interview techniques (e.g., structured, competency-based, behavioral)
Good understanding of cloud-based HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors or similar, as well as Microsoft 365 and Teams
Extensive familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Knowledge of agile methods
