**Job Summary**:
As a **Pricing Consultant**, you will be responsible for coordinating the Machine Price Plan Process. You will guide GMP team members through analyzing price environment indicators, gathering feedback from Product and Industry teams, gaining price change approvals from decision makers, and announcing price changes to Caterpillar dealers. You will also lead and/or contribute to other projects and system enhancements as opportunities arise.

**What You Will Do**:

- Coordinate Price Plan Team Members through global price changes
- Schedule and lead machine price plan team meetings and working sessions
- Develop price plan timeline and milestones to keep team on schedule
- Create central materials to be shared with decision makers
- Create and coordinate the internal and external announcement process
- Collect business requirements for system Price Planning enhancements
- Write user stories and work with business partners to prioritize system enhancements
- Lead projects related to Price Plan process improvement

**What You Have - Skills**:
**Customer Focus**:Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

**Relationship Management**:Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Bachelor's Degree.

Advanced/Fluent English

Strong organizational skills.

Experience communicating effectively to various levels within the organization.

Demonstrated project management experience in leading project teams.

Experience working in a global team and working across a matrixed organization.

Prior pricing experience.

Strong professional background experience.
