This role is central to ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high service standards.-
- Key Responsibilities:

- The Customer Order & Engagement Specialist will:

- Accurately process and manage customer orders
- Serve as the main contact for inquiries, complaints, and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment
- Maintain records and generate reports to support improvements
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues proactively- Requirements:

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- 2-5 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and order processing tools
- Knowledge of shipping, inventory, and supply chain principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and reporting abilities
