Caterpillar provides services to our customers far beyond the initial equipment sale. Caterpillar's Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) exists to support enterprise efforts to deliver value-added services to customers. By enhancing customer value, Caterpillar and our dealers create the opportunity to profitably grow our businesses while reducing the impact of market cycles.

In this role, you will drive revenue and growth for the Construction Industries aftermarket services business for Caterpillar dealer (s), in Brazil. You’ll define and communicate targets and follow established sales processes focused on the end customer, in collaboration with the dealer (s). You will also provide leadership, guidance and counsel to optimize dealer sales through process improvements, in addition to leveraging opportunity management systems and processes to Caterpillar’s benefit, while recognizing and respecting the independence of the dealer.

**Job Profile / Activities**:

- Deliver aftermarket services sales targets in assigned territory and dealer(s);
- Develop and implement aftermarket services growth plan for the Core segment, in collaboration with dealer;
- Develop marketing campaigns and events to drive aftermarket sales, specific to each region, to maximize sales results;
- Seek understanding, document and communicate internally on customer requirements, business models, competitive landscape and other market intelligence to ensure product groups and other entities are aware of product & customer needs;
- Optimize parts sales variance utilization within assigned budget to drive incremental top line revenue and deliver business plan;
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed;
- Champion and influence change related to Caterpillar parts & service support strategies, products, and services;
- Partner with & influence internal parties to ensure general customer needs are met for an effective relationship
- Train dealers on strategy, discussing sales funnel and identifying ways to improve results.

**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing

**Experience**:3+ years of field experience and dealer’s support, with sales and marketing. Industry Knowledge of the industry and parts/services customer solutions.

**Language**:Intermediate English / Intermediate Portuguese

**Travel**:50-75% of the time

**Behavioral skills**:Customer Focus, Influencing, Negotiation, Communication and Emotional Intelligence. Ability to work independently and collaborative with cross-functional peers.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- 5+ years field experience (second rep assignment)
- Advanced English
