As a Team Lead Business Developer, you will:

- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients based on target market criteria, ideal customer profiles, and industry insights;
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, leveraging various channels such as your professional network, industry conferences, and events, partnerships, etc;
- Understand the technical requirements of our customers, their needs, and objectives;
- Leading complex negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements;
- Guiding customers through the buying process, ensuring a seamless experience and successful deal closure;
- Think strategically, considering risks and opportunities, to guide long-term growth and innovation;
- Prepare, motivate, and guide team members to achieve the company’s objectives, fostering resilience and adaptability in shifting contexts. You will coach and mentor team members, guiding them to excel in their roles and achieve personal development milestones.
- You will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to drive results, whether through changing markets or challenging scenarios.
- You will manage resources strategically to meet deadlines and optimize team performance.

What about you?
- At least 7 years of direct sales experience - minimum 4 years within the Technology industry (Software Solutions Services/Products);
- Minimum 1-2 years experience managing sales-oriented teams, OR experience with performance management and coaching of team members
- Demonstrable experience in in new business pipeline-building activities;
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions;
- Motivation, perseverance, determination, as well as high level of personal ethics;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English, enabling effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oriented towards a consultative sales approach;
- B2B International sales experience, preferably knowledgeable of Fintech / FSI and/or Retail sectors
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time;
