**About the team**:
Our Partner Innovation Success and BTP/BDC/BAI Ecosystem team is focused on rolling out global strategies and programs to drive our partner ecosystem transformation to a cloud mindset and innovative trusted advisor to our customers, supporting them on their digital journey.

In order to SAP succeed in executing our corporate strategy of helping our customers throught their SAP Business Suite journey, our partners must first transform themselves and embrace our latest innovation and technologies, and critical elements are SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Business AI, aside of our Cloud ERPs.

Our customers are in the center of it and our partners are a crucial part to move our installed base and conquer Net Newt Customers with Rise with SAP and Growth with SAP, powered by those innovations, and also integrated with their own partner extensions.

**What you’ll do**:
Position Title: LAC Partner SAP Business AI Head

Location: São Paulo - Brazil or Anywhere in LAC

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a L**AC Partner SAP Business AI Head**to drive partner strategies and go-to-market initiatives for SAP Business AI. The role involves:
P
- **artner Management**:Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partners across various partner motions. Collaborate with global and regional teams to design and implement joint go-to-market strategies.D
- **emand Generation & Marketing**:Execute demand generation strategies, prepare AI Discovery Workshops, and promote SAP Business AI portfolio through joint marketing activities.E
- **vangelism & Enablement**:Act as a key SAP Business AI evangelist, develop and run regional community calls, and drive global enablement strategy in the region.P
- **erformance Tracking & Reporting**:Monitor customer adoption, ensure AI dimension is included in regional reporting, and share insights with stakeholders.R
- **elationship Management**:Establish and maintain strong relationships with AI stakeholders at key regional partners, and support partners in customer implementation and adoption of SAP Business AI.

**Who you are**:
We have clear global guidelines and programs that we roll-out to LAC region for the Next-Generation Partnering, but we also have a lot of flexibility to ideate and execute regional strategies, initiatives and programs that our region´s maturity growth demands.
