A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Direct Business Partnering**: Supports and challenges the sales team by compiling financial information to provide financial guidance and oversight on profitability per channel: Pricing and allowance strategy approval for all channels, working closely with Head of Sales to guarantee ROI and proper cost to serve (short and long term). Evaluate and manage risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
**Budgeting/Forecasting/Actual Execution**: Support Sales to forecast Top line, with details per category, channel, etc. Forecast the annual Trade Spend plan; track and analyze it monthly (profitability, contract management, performance, dispersion, etc.). Support Marketing to forecast Brand Building. Help to ensure timely and accurate monthly Trade investment accruals generation is accurate, identifying deviations that can impact the P&L.
**Support the IBP / rolling forecast process**: assuring adherence to the overall business strategy. SOX and other Processes controls related to Sales.
**Decision Support**: Prepares ad-hoc projects to support on Go To Market/Channel analysis (e.g. Tax planning, direct versus indirect, etc.)
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field.
7+ years of related work experience including people management.
Strong experience with P&L Forecasting, Planning, Reporting, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, etc.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and, leadership skills
English fluency required / Spanish proficiency is a plus
