Junior Growth Associate at BairesDev

We are looking for a Junior Growth Associate to join our team and present our company to potential clients, increasing sales and revenue.

What You’ll Do:

- Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
- Negotiate/close deals.
- Identify client needs and prepare and deliver presentations.
- Create and present frequent reviews and reports.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with companies in the US.
- Experience hunting new clients, cold calling and closing deals.
- Ability to handle a high volume, fast paced sales environment.
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Strong practical business computer skills.
- Advanced English level.
