About the Role:
The Sales Leader for Growth will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in our stores. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Provide coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales techniques
- Maintain high standards of store appearance and presentation
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business results
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in a sales or leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
