**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of program management experience in an organization with demonstrated ability of implementing structure and process into new initiatives, departments or projects.
- 3 years of experience successfully developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive desired goals.
- Experience launching and managing programs and campaigns.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in Google Cloud.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders both within your own organization and at client organizations, collaborating with them to achieve clear outcomes while maintaining strong relationships.
- Ability to learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
- Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries.
About the job
As the In-Region Adoption Program Manager, you will play a key role in executing the go-to-market strategy for Google Cloud Learning developers and the future workforce in the Latin America region. You will solve problems, drive impact at scale, and have a strong reputation for building relationships and collaborating with others.
You will be the authority in this domain and facilitate collaboration and partnership with external partners (in higher education institutions, the public sector, and private sector) as well as internal stakeholders across Google (in public policy, training business development, training delivery, marketing, business, and more) to help drive pipeline and talent in the region.Moderate travel to institutions and other Google Cloud locations may be required.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with internal and external stakeholders to drive impact in priority countries and with priority audiences across the LATAM region.
- Identify critical initiatives and launch campaigns with cross-functional teams to build an ecosystem pipeline in higher education, as well as in customer segments such as startups, SMBs, the public sector, and enterprises.
- Create and maintain accurate program and campaign documentation, including strategy briefs, project or campaign plans, workflows, processes, roles and responsibilities, status reports, work-back schedules, and monthly reports, to ensure the successful launch and execution of campaigns. Campaigns must be delivered on time and within budget.
- Track program success and iterate based on data-driven insights and analysis.
- Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, summarizing program progress, key milestones, and outcomes.
