Regional Sales Manager

Our global sales team is growing and looking for a Regional Seller to join us.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Achieve regional sales quotas by prospecting and closing strategic deals from cold call to installation.
- Build sales campaigns in a territory to develop new business.
- Develop customer relationships through outbound prospecting and opportunity identification.
- Build a book of business within our target accounts.
- Drive opportunity progression from identification, qualification, demonstration, POC, and closing.
- Accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked.
**Behavioral Traits Required**
- Exceptional communication and consultative skills to employ solutions-based selling
**Qualifications**
You must possess the below **minimum qualifications** to be initially considered for this position:
- Bachelor of Science degree
- 7+ years of direct sales experience and at least 3 of them as a LATAM account manager, including:
- Achieving over 100 percent sales quota
- Selling complex SW or SaaS products/solutions to the enterprise market and strategic accounts.
- Must have an understanding of public cloud technology and concepts and explain product benefits within this context.
- Willing to travel across the region and to the United States approximately 25 percent of the time.
- Native Portuguese Speaker and Excellent business English, and Spanish
