Your Day to Day

As a Regional Partner Sales Manager, you would be working on:
Becoming a trusted advisor to your subset of partners. Work along with the Global Partner Team to ensure Partner Exchange (Our portal for Partners) is updated and easy to use. Build and manage business plans with focused Partners. Work with Marketing to generate content for partners to leverage. Drive pipeline and revenue within the partner ecosystem.

Partnership strategy and value. Create compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to build consensus to enable partners who will ultimately drive revenue. Think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges. Define tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market plans that strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace while providing new revenue opportunities.

Develop your leadership skills. In all instances, ensure GoTo delivers a superior customer experience to its partners and end customers. Drive and attend joint marketing events with Partners. Build and manage business plans with focused Partners. Hold quarterly reviews to determine goals, performance, and growth of key partner segments.

What We’re Looking For

As a Regional Partner Sales Manager, your background will look like:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and proven experience of alliances at a SaaS (Software as a Service) companies, successfully demonstrating Channel/Partner Alliances with a track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets
- Fluent in Portuguese, able to speak English at a business fluent level. Spanish is a plus
- Experience with Cloud Software Vendors and their strategies/business models. Knowledge of trends and market leading companies in the broader SaaS and UCC (Unified Communication & Collaboration) specter
- Strong sales acumen to include deal structure, negotiation, and closure of deals
