**O que faz um Personal Banker?**

Como Personal Banker, você será responsável por garantir a melhor experiência aos nossos clientes, apoiá-los além das suas diferentes necessidades, para fazer melhor uso dos nossos produtos ou serviços.

Você vai gerenciar sua própria carteira e garantir exclusividade e personalização no atendimento, identificando oportunidades, sendo proativo, avaliando o desempenho da carteira, do cliente e do negócio.

Seu objetivo é garantir a satisfação total do cliente, superando suas expectativas, gerando laços de relacionamento estáveis e rentáveis com clientes.

Você precisa ter um espírito empreendedor, atuar como dono, de maneira preventiva, fazer análises, sinalizações e tomar decisões eficazes de acordo com o perfil e o que encanta cada um dos seus clientes.
**Sua missão será**:

Administrar e resolver as solicitações, reclamações e chamados técnicos recebidos por múltiplos canais de atendimento, sempre resolvendo de acordo com o SLA;
- Foco na resolução dos problemas dos clientes, realizando atendimento tanto consultivo quanto preventivo para evitar novos casos;
- **Para embarcar nesse desafio, você precisa ter**:

- Experiência prévia na área de Atendimento/Customer Support;
- Conhecimento de Pacote Office e/ou Google Sheets;
- Cursando Curso Superior;
- Destacam-se perfis com vivência prévia em startups e/ou empresas do segmento financeiro;
