**We are searching the best talent for Sr financial Analyst to be in Sao Jose DOS Campos.**

**Purpose**:The Finance Sr. Analyst will provide direct support to Quality, EHS&S and Engineering areas within LATAM region. This role will support, the Leadership Team to achieve visibility on numbers, address risks and opportunities, short-term financial performance commitments and assess strategic opportunities across the site.

Finance Sr. Analyst will own Business Planning & Actual Results and the periodic Forecast Updates processes with business partners, ensuring the reliability of the information and its timely submission. He/she will partner with FP&A team to provide commentary on budget vs actual drivers, operational metrics, and frame results.

This role will identify and implement opportunities to enhance financial analytics, capabilities within their finance team, work in simplification, standardization, agility, provide clear information to support decision making and influence the business

**You will be responsible for**:

- Performance analytics and reporting: Review and communicate performance drivers, metrics, risks and opportunities and associated action plans;
- Planning and Forecasting: Work with business partners to challenge assumptions, build models, review financial outputs with management, and influence decision making;
- Strategy and Decision Support: Provide financial support to business cases for investment decisions and cost savings opportunities and actively contribute to site strategy and master plan;
- Support continuous improvements for financial processes/analytics and other ad hoc analyses/projects;
- Audit and Compliance: oversite of internal controls for both US/SOX and local statutory requirements, support internal/external audits.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelor or equivalent
- English (mandatory)
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of general and supply chain specific finance/accounting processes (product costing).
