Objective of the Position

Experienced and skilled Foreign Trade analyst with excellent and extensive end-to-end knowledge of Brazil import and export compliance and control processes and procedures.

**Essential Actions**:

- Coordinates end-to-end international shipments for imports & exports from the receipt of the purchase order until goods delivery at Sumaré Plant and/or to customer locations.
- Customer Clearance process and broker management
- Tax and Commodity Code (NCM) know-how. TecWin user
- Import License knowledge.
- Fiscal and Legislation applied to Foreign Trade deep knowledge.
- Product Cost estimation for imported and exported materials.
- Service Providers Price Negotiation (Broker, Freight Forward, Warehousing, Carriers)
- Handling of Trading Company based in Santa Catarina
- Special Regimes or tax benefits know-how such as Drawback, Ex-Tarifário and Lista Camex
- Communicate daily with planning area on availability of materials for export.
- Provides pro-active customer service attendance to customers abroad and intercompany orders meeting deadlines in a quickly and efficiently way.
- Supports customer inquiries, complaints, or any problems related to deliveries.
- Prepare required documentation for all import/export activities.
- SAP R/3 knowledge MM module
- Master Data Maintenance
- Payment approval for service providers
- Track shipments (exports) / receipts (imports) and keep all stakeholders informed about status, risks and delays.
- Work in close collaboration with Planning, Sales and Warehousing colleagues

- Education: Preferred degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistic or related
- Advanced Excel & Office tools mandatory.
- SAP R/3 knowledge & experience
- Experience 3 to 5 years in imports & exports
