**About the team**:
As a member of the Customer Success People Enablement team, the HRBP Intern will support the

Customer Successs HR Business Partners, Globally & in LAC region, to drive strategic and

operational projects and programs.

The HRBP Intern will provide strategic HR consulting, support and services to the Global & LAC

Customer Success business unit and People & Organizational strategy.

**What you’ll do**:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - HR Business Partner

Location: São Paulo, RS, Brazil

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Support and drive strategic initatives, focus topics and manage ad-hoc requests for the CS LAC
- L1 HRBP Lead and CS LAC HRBPs.
- Support the CS People Strategy and the transfomration of Global People Success Services
- through strategic projects and initatives.
- Support the CS People HRBP Enablement team by co-leading team meetings, global projects,
- and bring awarness of our services to those who we support.
- Ensure high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for HR, SAP
- Executive Board, Office of the Latin America Customer Success President, executive CS
- leadership, and our CS employees.
- Deliver high impact data analysis to provide people and orgainzational business insights (D&I,
- Hiring, Attrition) that enables the HRBP team to drive measurable outcomes.
