In this role you will help underwrite and prepare investment opportunities presentations for the Prologis investment committee. This position is responsible for keeping up to date the capital deployment forecast in Prologis’ system and coordinating the portfolio valuations every semester. You will also be responsible for creating one pager summaries to present acquisitions opportunities to Prologis’ investors containing a risk and opportunity analysis as well as expected returns for each deal.

**Responsibilities**:
- Run financial analyses (cash flow projections and development models);- Prepare written reports articulating the risks and returns of investment propositions to the Investment Committee;- Prepare Presentations for the Investment Committee;- Coordinate the valuation process every semester;- Keep updated the Prologis’ forecast system;- Prepare capital deployment material, included but not limited to offers, investment committee memos, one page deal summaries, investor and sr. management reports, etc.
Challenges- Run multiple opportunity analysis at a time;- Tight deadlines on the presentations for the investment committee.
Position Requirements
Foreign Languages
English level: Fluent (Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking) - will be mandatory;
Spanish level: intermediate/Advanced (Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking) - will be a plus.
Education
Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture.
Seniority
1 - 3 years working with real estate investment.
Specific Knowledge
Brazil Real Estate Market.
Software
Excel, Argus (will be a plus) and AutoCAD (will be a plus).
