**Team & Role Description**:
Bitso is looking for a motivated professional to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team and play a key role in our continued growth and achievement of excellence in execution. The Senior Analyst of Financial Planning must be highly analytical, detail oriented and driven, and be able to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership

**Your Purpose**:
The role of FP&A at Bitso is to support the organization achieve its goals through timely financial analysis, insights that drive decision making, medium and long term financial planning capabilities to plan resource allocation and funding needs and multiple, highly strategic ad-hoc projects

**Reports To**:
Financial Planning Manager

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum 3+ years professional work experience in corporate finance (specifically FP&A), accounting, investment banking, and/or consulting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience, including operational and financial (3 statement) models.
- Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs.
- Highly motivated to exceed expectations and deliver results in a timely manner
- A passion for efficiency and automation of low impact tasks
- Excellent analytical, project management, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Extremely detail oriented with an ability to multitask in a high growth environment.
- Highly process oriented and can manage projects across departments.
- B.S. or B.A. in accounting, finance, math, economics, business, engineering or other technical field required; advanced degrees, including CFA a plus.

**Additionally, it would be nice if you were**:

- Experienced with planning tools (such as Adaptive planning)
- Experienced in a startup environment.
- Passionate about Crypto and driving change in Latin America.

**What You Will Do**:

- Develop and maintain our OPEX tracking tools, including views by department, type of expense, legal entity and country
- Interact with budget owners to track monthly deviations and forecast expenses
- Provide leadership with insights to manage headcount and expenses; analyze budget and forecast variances to actual
- Be a key owner of our annual expenses budget process
- Support the FP&A team's efforts to build, steer and manage annual and quarterly forecast processes
- Serve as a finance partner to P&L leads and keep managers aware of their financial performance against plans, including tracking and reporting on OKRs.
- Ensure that the various reporting systems and source data are accurate and reconciled
- Develop working relationships with internal business partners to support organizational goals.
- Effectively manage ad hoc projects and analyses as required.
