**What to expect**

You will be responsible for producing great designs for the Phiture brand. You get to work with one of the world's leading mobile growth consultancies, alongside a diverse team of international experts, in a friendly and laid-back work atmosphere.

**What you'll do**
- Produce visual and creative assets for the Phiture Brand, for both online and offline purposes.
- Create illustrations, infographics & iconography for various brand touchpoints
- Provide ideas around optimizing creatives that will help generate more impression, engagement and leads
- Creating branding for conference and events, assisting with the development of internal and external design workshops, and refining our corporate identity
- Work with the marketing team to develop engaging content, internally and externally
- Lead the execution of creative strategies to ensure end to end creative excellence
- Review and approve production stages of creative execution
- Present and communicate creative solutions with clarity, effectively selling ideas to variety of stakeholders
- Identify opportunities of improvement and change, and initiate own proposals/projects
- Seek out new Design resources that can deliver world class results
- Reporting and Analyzing results for future improvement.

**What you'll need**
- 3+ years of work experience as a Designer
- Experience working within a brand or agency, preferably mobile
- Creativity and passion for design
- Great interest in mobile app marketing
- Excellent skills with standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma/Sketch/Adobe Xd)
- Skills with creating gifs
- Advanced skills in Google Docs, Slides and Sheets
- Ability to manage yourself and take initiative
- Able to work under pressure and urgent deadlines without compromising on the quality of work
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and maintain new processes and workflows**Nice to have**:
