- Plan and prepare meals in accordance with menu specifications and food safety standards.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the galley area at all times.
- Coordinate with the crew to accommodate any dietary needs and special requests.
- Proven experience as a Cook, ideally in an offshore or maritime environment.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in dynamic conditions.
